General Description of the Software
Intel Express makes use of its own many-levelled software successfully used by the majority of the system agents. For instance: IntelExpress Software is used by every agent and partner in Georgia (banks included), every agent in Greece, partner banks in Moldova, Ukraine and Armenia. In case of Money Transfer Systems, IntelExpress has set up different means of data exchange in compliance with technical requirements as set by the partners. 
 
Customer Database
Intel Express Software enables each of the agents to set up customer database preserving comprehensive information about their clientele; including: scanned image of the customer ID, with additional fields to indicate the nature of the ID document, its validity term, also customer’s citizenship, and demographic data, address and phone numbers. In certain cases (taking into account requests made by several partners) fields for gender and nationality are also provided for, though filling out these latter is not compulsory in all cases. 
 
Transfers Information
Each Point of every agent and every customer, within their authority, are entitled to receive information about transfer’s status. The stage transfer is being going through may be looked up – whether the transfer has been accepted by the system, passed on to the partner of the system, accepted by the partner and whether the transfer has been paid. Apart from above, it is possible to look up historic records of a transfer, establishing dates each of the mentioned operations has been conducted on. Both actors of a transfer (sender and recipient) and sending and receiving Points are transparent to both parties of a transfer. Agreements between Intel Express and its partners enable, once needed, acquisition of primary documentation related to any given transfer by Intel Express in order to pass it on to the other party to a transfer. 
 
Administration of the Software
Many-layered structure of the software provides the Agent with ability to manage its own portion of the network and users independently. Agent, by means of their Administrator, is enabled to establish Points and set the limits and other operational specifications for them. Apart from that, Agent’s Administrator is authorized to create user accounts of different level and class, link them to the Points subordinate to this particular Agent, provide users with certain level of authorization and set specified limits.
 
Settlement of Accounts
By means of the software, settlement may be carried out in many different ways. The following natural principle has been implemented in the software: upper level user fully sees and controls all lower level operations within the scope of their authority. For instance: Point (Branch) manager oversees all operations conducted at this or that particular Point. Agent’s Administrator oversees all operations conducted in all Points (Branches) of the Agent. Software provides for many different layers of reporting and manyfold criteria of reporting may be set. Reporting forms enable use of grouping, sorting and filtering operations. Naturally, in reporting, as in all other operations, authoritative hierarchy is preserved – every user has access only to the portion of information they’ve been authorised to see by the administrator. Also, software provides every user with the means to export each particular report to their local computer. 
 

Network expansion is constant process for Intel Express system. Our partners may apply our personal software via various technological means. 
The ways on relation with partners conditionally may be divided in 3 groups:
    a.Systems or banks directly applying Intel Express software;
    b.Systems connecting Intel Express under application of so called web-service;
    c.Systems applying exchange of information via recording and reading files on so called FTP server.
Multitude of methods is caused due to technical condition of each partner system that in each certain case is easily combining connection of
personal system by Intel Express. Our IT has a broad  experience in construction of so called technical bridges with other systems or banks.
